Oaxacalifornia comes from a long family tradition of icre cream artisans, dating back to the 1950's in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, Mexico. The tradition started with "Neveria Rosita," followed by "Neveria Cuahtemoc," "Cafeteria Lizbeth" and continuing the tradition, Oaxacalifornia.
